I had appalling service today, he came at 1315 instead of the more normal 1330 to collect my Amazon return that I booked yesterday. They took for ever to deliver as well, ordered Sunday, despatched Monday evening, arrived at the most northerly UK depot (which covers approx 12.5% of the UK land area) Tuesday afternoon and delivered at the normal 1330 Wednesday. The deliveries here are not by Yodel though, they are subcontracted which probably makes a lot of difference

I have to be honest, I've heard a lot of bad things about Yodel but so far they've always delivered on the right day and to the right address.
My only gripe is that they only sometimes send a text message with an estimated delivery time and when they do, it's usually an hour out anyway.0 -
Must be something in the water. I had something arrive today, dispatched yesterday and due for delivery not until Monday!
