claiming ppi ( or rop ) from vanquis

Has anyone actually claimed from Vanquis for PPI or as they call it ROP , and been succussful , ive read loads of threads online but no-one seems to be getting anywhere ?????

You'd probably have been better off reading and posting on the Reclaiming PPI board, as this one is intended for reclaiming bank and/or credit card charges.
