I am a Talk Talk business customer - I have been ever since Nildram (who were a brilliant ISP) were taken over first by Opal and shortly after this by Talk Talk
To start with Talk Talk talked me in to taking out a combined pack of Phone line, Internet Connection and after many days of arguments - unlimited Off Peak Calls !
But my issue is not related to this
It is the lack of ability of TT to get things right on my account
Things like giving me access to the new MYACCOUNT - which I assume is not only for business customers ?
I tried to log on - to be told that an email had been sent with my new login details - it never arrived
So I tried again - still no email
I then emailed Customer Support to be told :
We apologise if you have had difficulty in registering for MyAccount. Upon checking into this further, it appears your email address is removed from one of our marketing databases which prevents the registration from completing. To workaround this, We can re-add your email address to the database, which will allow you to re-register and receive the activation link. You can then request the email address to be removed from the database after registering.
So to get MYACCOUNT working - I need to sign up to receive spam ?
What is wrong with these people ?
