Need to install bluetooth on pc to download phone photos. How?

OK so I need to work out why the phone isn't seeing the USB Bluetooth adaptor in the deskop pc. It's lit up (the usb adaptor that is).0

Turns out the USB BT adapter I was using, the software only ran on XPand would not run on Win7. Had to pop out for some milk and went past a Currys so popped in and bought a Belkin 2.1 BT USB adaptor. Installed that and after some fiddling around it worked!
It is a bit of a fiddle, as you have to activate Bluetooth on the pc each time you want to use it, then put it into receiving mode, then BT image from your phone and then accept the image on the PC when the phone has finished sending. On OH's laptop it all happens more or less automatically. Still a result. Also installed dropbox. About to try it out.:)0
