Quotemehappy.com major problem

Hi, I hope someone can help, especially as I've read that someone who works for Aviva (who own quotemehappy.com) checks these forums.
Please please please stay away from this company and cancel immediatly the insurance. I took out insurance with Quote Me Happy last month as they were so cheap in comparison to other insurers.
Since then i have had absolute hell from them...
I was hit in the rear and they automatically send you to a non fault company called Drive Assist for there own financial gain. I have not been called once since being hit by either company and have been chasing Quote Me Happy, Drive Assist and the other partys insurers everyday. They sent the claim details to the wrong insurers and didnt know what was going on and why liability wasnt sorted out yet and didnt inform me of this. I had to find out from the other partys insurance.
I have now had to keep a log of all the admin and calls ive had to make everyday whilst im at work and even had to call my insurance company to give them the correct details of the other partys insurance and the claim handlers details as after three weeks they still didnt have the information. I retrieved this myself after ringing round and searching for an hour.
Then i get a call from Quote me happy today threatning to cancel my insurance unless i sent them my v5 documents and account details. When i asked why they said they did not insure business finance users and that they believe that my vehicle is not registered to me and it is a business finance car.
I got extremely upset at there threats and was reduced to tears.
Iwent home retrieved all the relevant documents (v5) that had confirmation i was the owner of the vehicle and that my vehicle was not on business finance.
They still have not explained why they are making these threats and i have recieved a call from Drive Assist today to advice quote me happy have put my claim on hold untill i send the relelvant documents which again means i have to do more administration for them.
This company will draw you in with an extremely low price in comparison with other insurers and then will make you do all the admin work yourself and will just refer you to various different companys for there own financial gain. They will cancel your insurance with no explanation and i have read many reviews regarding the same matter.
The worst Insurance company i have EVER had to deal with and parted my money with. Never ever again.
P.s Hope this helps0 -
The op already posted they don't put their number on their site!
And there are no regulations regarding putting phone numbers on uk websites! (You must give an email and ask geographical address)
I also operate a couple of my own websites and I can assure you that any retail website must have the details that I mentioned.

You have already "used" your insurance "qualification" (as shown in your sig) as your authority to give "help", (actually shocking advice, but quickly corrected) to a poster in this thread:

Now you tell us that as you own websites we must accept your authority over the minimum contact requirements that companies must put in websites!
Most people would advise having a phone number on your website (to help maximise sales), but it is not a requirement!
As long as you provide an e-mail address/contact form you don't have to include a phone number.0 -
I have to concur with what most people who have actually had to deal with them are saying; they are awful, truly awful. Their costumer service and ability to resolve problems is non-existent, they say they are an email only company but you don't even get one of these!
Pay the little bit extra and go elsewhere is my advice.
For all those that haven't dealt with them, they may be doing everything they have to by law, but if they want to stay competitive in anything but price, they must do more than this. I for one would never use them again, and it looks like i am not alone,0
