If the guy doesn't like the phone then he doesn't like the phone. Who cares, why does it always have to come down to an iPhone versus everything else willy-waving contest? Orange should be willing to change it for you if you call them. Did you order online or over the phone? If so then you should have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel the contract without penalty. Be aware though that if you go down this route and decide to go for another contract then you're likely to have to go through another credit check.0

I got an HTC One S when I upgraded the other week. I have played with it and dislike the fact that there is no micro SD card slot so it is now unlocked and up on eBay.
I do however, know how to at least answer the thing. Hope no one phones the OP when they are ironing.Never Knowingly Understood.

I hated it too.
It lasted about 6 weeks and then I sold it and bought my way out the contract, expensive mistake - it was horrible! I never wanted it in the first place, I wanted a BlackBerry but I was conned by a certain high street phone shop who told me that the only phone I would be accepted for would be the S2. Obviously about 3 months later Orange told me that was a load of rubbish and I got my BlackBerry.
I've now got three contracts on BlackBerry phones and an Xperia Ray (which I dont like either!!) Obviously these arent all for me
