What else did you send with your claim, original receipt etc?
On the front page of this forum it says you need the cardboard outer packaging, I haven't found the promo packaged items and the normal ones don't have a cardboard outer packaging - what did you send instead? Thanks.

I wouldn't normally buy this product so in that respect it is actually more than the price of a stamp. . . :-/

I got mine in Waitrose...one of the single bar size 50-60p

it was with the other small bars of choc a bit like the ones you see near the tills etc rather than being in the chocolate isle but that might not be the case everywhere.

The only flavour I found was mint though.

I haven't been able to find any yet either but I assumed it's because the promotional packaging hasn't made it on to my local shelves yet.

I know it's a TMF, but... If it's the foam version, avoid it... Made a complete mess, was awful to apply, stains your skin, and I will never buy it ever again - even if it is free.

i saw the advert in the sunday express magazine this week but as i have not yet been to the shops i cannot say which kind of hair colorant this is. If it is as you say i wont be bying either

Sorry for the delay... yes just a normal chocolate bar. I found one in a Spar and another one in Tesco. It does look like a quick promotion as I've seen similar packs with a competition on it now. Good luck!
