I am not sure if anybody else does the same as me but I have a spreadsheet for my TMF's and as it was a new year I had a look and realised that I hadn't received anything from one of my claims in august. I sent them an email to chase it up and within a few days I had received a cheque for £5.00 for only a £1.70 spend.
The moral of the story is keep track of them and don't be afraid to chase up !!

Very organised!

I had to chase Multibionta a few months back, eventually got the cheque but my hand written chaser letter / complaint and email never got responded to and there was no explanation in the letter with the cheque - very bad customer service from Seeven Seas!

Received my Perfect 10 cheque this morning. I bought 2 packs because my hair is long and thick, and they've refunded them both \m/

Received weight watchers refund today of £2.50 only sent off last monday so very quick response

I received my Weight Watchers one today too. I sent off two applications together (as in the T&Cs it says will refund two meals) which cost £3 and I've been refunded £2.99.

So the message is send off your applications separately!
