Hi I had a similar problem a while back and someone on here suggested I use the automated banking system {where you put the cheq in an envelop} This worked fine for me

I have seen some of the large 4kg bags online, and they are around £25, so I'm wondering if I could claim for one of those.........

Seeing as it's a 110% refund, if you don't have a cat why not consider donating the bag to a local pet sanctuary (once you've cut that barcode off!) and make their Christmas? You'll get the additional 10% back!
Or if you live locally to me, I'll make good use of it. LOL.

My multibionta cheque has arrived!!!!! Hopefully everyone else will get their cheques soon too. The covering letter wasn't on letterhead paper and was really quite sharp, for example it stated it was 'a cheque as a full and final refund'. But I can live with it now that I've finally got my cheque.
