Had a phone call from Andrex yesterday saying they have found an error with their system and the cheque name is wrong (as we all know!).

Received a replacement cheque today so for anyone concerned about their cheques being rejected by the bank, hang on for a few days and you may get a replacement in the post.

Just had my Pizza Express dressing info returned...apparently I didn't include the bl**dy collar!
Just checked my TMF/MBG envelope & it's not there so I've definitely sent it to them...waste of time there

Thanks Lemony; I'm not above that either But does it state the weight on the receipt as the weight of the regular slices is different to the toastie pack weight so I figured that would be picked up on when they check the claim and then refused. .

Lisey Loo - did you take a photocopy of the claim set? If so, I've found companies will accept a photocopy in these cases because they can see you originally had one. If not, I might have a spare I could mail you and you return the whole lot again . . ? What flavour dressing did you buy as the collar states the bar code must correspond with the dressing you are claiming for. PM me your address if it was the House light type.

Harvest Moon, I do the rounds in a small Waitrose, 2 small Tescos, 1 large one and a small and large Sainsburys. Only found the SoBe cans in the smallest of the 3 Tescos near me in the fridge near the other energy drinks. Everywhere else I agree only stock the water bottles although the feedback on here sounds like others have only found them in the largest Tescos.
Re: the Ribena - still having the same problem as you (no promo collar/flash) though it sounds like since the 19th July others are starting to find them. . . Good Luck!!
