Hi sorry can I just clarify something! Can I send any andrex eco or does it have to be a promo pack! I have the 50p coupon which I want to use but don't want to buy a normal one, send it off and it be wrong! I'm sure someone said on here they had used a normal eco pack and it worked! Many thanks!

I have recd my refund on the normal pack so no promo pack is needed.

i saw a few of these in waitrose yesterday...picked it up and then noticed that the collar said expired 12/2012....

Think it might be an old promotion now so dont get caught out buying it out of date if you see any.

the collar was wrapped around one of the classic bbq bottles and clearly said 2012....it was towards the back of the shelf and looked like other bottles had subsequenly been stacked infront of it....so Ive no idea whether you need a collar or not to take up the offer...or indeed if this was a stray bottle from a previous offer!!

Although reading the T&C it doesnt say you need a collar...just a receipt so I may return to waitrose and give an uncollared one a try.
