    How to take part in the SoBe Pure Rush ‘Love me or I’m free’ promotion:

    Purchase a can of SoBe Pure Rush energy drink, either Appleberry Burst or Tropical Twist between 14th May 2013 and 31st December 2013 and keep your original itemised till receipt.
    Try your SoBe Pure Rush energy drink and if you don’t like the taste, write and tell us why in 15 words or more. Remember to enclose your original itemised till receipt, name, email address and address details.
    Receipts dated outside of the promotional period will not constitute a valid claim.
    This is a mail in offer and closing date for receipt of entries is 7th January 2014.
    Full Terms and Conditions

    This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16+, excluding employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Limited, PepsiCo, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
    To claim your refund, write your name, address and email address on a plain piece of paper in capital letters and detail in no less than 15 words why you did not like the taste of SoBe Pure Rush.
    Send this together with your SoBe Pure Rush energy drink original itemised till receipt highlighting your purchase of SoBe Pure Rush dated within the promotional period: 14th May 2013 to 31st December 2013. Photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
    Send your application to SoBe Pure Rush 4457, PO Box 151, Ludlow, SY8 9BE. Closing date for receipt of claims is 7th January 2014.
    The offer is limited to one claim for a single refund per household and the promotion is open to individuals only. The refund will be made to the value shown for the SoBe Pure Rush purchase detailed on the original itemised till receipt, to a maximum of £1.49 plus 2nd Class postage (to a max of 50p). The refund will be made by cheque to the name shown on your application.
    If applicants send a receipt without valid postage on the envelope, Britvic will not cover this postage cost and therefore the application will not be eligible for a refund.
    Please allow 28 days to receive your refund from receipt of a valid entry.
    Maximum of one entry per envelope for a single refund. No applications from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
    Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
    Your statutory rights are not affected.
    No responsibility can be accepted by the promoter for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Photocopied entries or receipts will deem the claim invalid and will not be processed. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.

    Got my Batiste refund on 24th June, £4.99 plus £2.60 postage. Only sent it on the 18th June! Think that may be the quickest one yet!

    I'm just getting back into TMFs

    Have done the pampers baby dry getting back from 2 claims £17 in total and £2.99 from batiste (annoyingly no postage refund so have emailed them)

    I did the morrisons own brand nappies offer today. It says if u dont like the product return to store with receipt and packaging for cash refund. So I got £3.65 cash back :-)

    Epic fail too as I bought the wrong pukka pie today ! Note to self read thread properly

    I saw this one too for morrisons, but thought you had to return the product too? Were they ok with just the receipt and empty packet?

    Just found a TMF at Tesco for baby food called Organix Mighty Meals (only the chicken & dumpling variety had details of the offer). Can't find any details on their website but from memory they refund you up to £1.99 + postage. 15+ word statement, sleeve packaging, receipt + name/address required. Offer closes 31/08/2013.

    Yes my store were fine with just packaging and receipt. The lady at cs asked why I didnt like the nappy I told her they werent as absorbent as my regular nappies and she gave me £3.65 cash. She didnt sign my receipt but kept the packaging and I put my name in her refund book amd signed it
