I am new to TMFs but I am just going to copy the receipt as they are just printed from a computer (A4 printout)

Worked for my Batiste??

Oh dear- Batiste have sent me a letter saying I haven't supplied them with the original receipt- I sent the dispatch note (ordered online from superdrug) ...

Which is a pain seeing as my sister did exactly the same and got her cheque no problems!
What a waste of £2.60 on postage

Advice would be very much appreciated, I'm a newbie to try me frees. Do you think I should email them about it?

I would - after all an invoice is the equivelant of a receipt there should be enough evidence there to show you bought it as shows your name, address & email addess as well as the item in question. A till receipt could be picked up off the floor!

I'd drop them an email and just mention that it isn't stated in the Terms & Conditions that an invoice for online orders won't be accepted.

I'm sure they will oblige just to keep a customer happy!

Does the andrex need to be a special promo pack or just a normal pack? And how much of the packaging you send in with your receipt? Thanks so much, I'm new to the try me free, fab thread!

No mention that it needs to be a flash promo pack - I have just cut the front of it off and folded that so at to fit it in a regular envelope on a normal stamp.

I got a normal pack and ripped half of the front off to put in a normal envelope

If you mean you ordered online therefore your receipt is printed out from an email or suchlike so be it, but if you mean you are copying the original store purchased receipt, I would keep the copy for your records and still sedn them the original receipt otherwise you will only end up having to send them the original later on or simply be refused your refund.
At least if they cliam there is some other issue with your claim or you don't receive your refund in a reasonable amount of time, you can use the copy (or a copy of the copy) to chase them up.
