Thanks for the info. Is it the same address for Dove/Sure?

Does anyone know what info needs to be included in the application, apart from name, address & reason? Thanks
there should be a code on the bottom of the bottle - that needs to be added on the note, it's all in the t&cs ...which I can't seem to find now!

    edit - yes same address

I didn't think you needed to write anything for the cathedral city cheese selections as its a 'Try me Free' not a 'money back if you don't like me' one. Hope so anyway as I sent my sticker and receipt off about two weeks ago without any written comments. Can't find the t&c's anywhere but I did read the sticker and didn't think it asked for that. I did however find with the variety pack some of them where too strong.

Agreed, no reasons necessary. Have had my refunds with no reasons given.

On the subject of the Olay Professional, it's only sold in Boots. Got a full refund on the £45 starter pack as I told the truth, it was no good for my skin.

No, you don't need the leaflet, but you do need the Empty Packaging, Till receipt from either Tesco or Sainsbury, your Name and Address plus min 15 words why you did not like the product. It says it excludes the kits so I would stick to getting either the salsa, seasoning or tortilla wraps. Also, I couldn't see any mention of refunding the postage?

Oh no, I didn't know that the kits weren't included - posted mine off yesterday :(
