It says up to £4.99 & the large cans are £4.99 in Boots - no mention of a can size in the T&C's so presumably okay but usually with these things it's a standard size?! Anyone had the larger can refunded?

I use this stuff all the time so defo worth going for the larger can.

Yes, I've had a large can refund.

Mite try sending one of these to my work address - anyone tried this? Unsure if it would be rejected as not a 'household' if they take it that seriously?!

I've just had another cheque through from Batiste for £4.99 with the covering letter stating:

We would like to apologise again for the fact that you didn't receive a postage refund as part of our TMF promotion. It was an error with our system that has now been rectified and you should now have received the postage refund.

As a further gesture of goodwill, we have enclosed a cheque for £4.99 which means that you can treat yourself to another can of Batiste on us.

One again we are sorry for the mix-up and hope you continue to enjoy using Batiste Dry Shampoo.

    Love Batiste
