    Mite try sending one of these to my work address - anyone tried this? Unsure if it would be rejected as not a 'household' if they take it that seriously?!

    I've just had another cheque through from Batiste for £4.99 with the covering letter stating:

    We would like to apologise again for the fact that you didn't receive a postage refund as part of our TMF promotion. It was an error with our system that has now been rectified and you should now have received the postage refund.

    As a further gesture of goodwill, we have enclosed a cheque for £4.99 which means that you can treat yourself to another can of Batiste on us.

    One again we are sorry for the mix-up and hope you continue to enjoy using Batiste Dry Shampoo.

    Ditto.They must make a lot of profit from these cans.Thats £12.58 for a £5.49 outlay.Maybe they will send another apology letter with the postage again

    probably the fasted MBG I've had!
