Just about to send off for my refund & logged onto their website for the terms and conditions. It now says that you've got until the 30/06/13 to buy the product (not the 30/03/13 as stated on page 1. Hope this helps someone as I nearly didn't bother to send it off. Also, just wondering if the one line of address (FREEPOST POMEGREAT PUREPLUS) is all other people used successfully? Seems very bizarre to me!0

^^ I used the 3 word address (twice) and it worked fine!!...odd I know
I saw a big display in morrisons today for Ariel Whitener/stain remover and it all had packaging on saying "try" and the boxs with the products in all had visable blurb saying something along the lines of "try for one wash and your money back if your not happy" there is no t&cs on the packaging as far as I an see and I can't see anything on the Ariel website .... Is this an old promotion from last year? Can anyone shed any light??

they used to say try for free when it was on promo and then when it finished they left the word try just to convince you to buy it. hth0 -

Yeh it defiantly says you should get postage back up to £2.60

I didnt flatten the lid...as I think the terms and conditions said they would refund 2nd class postage up to the vale of £2.60 which is a small packet...hence how I sent it

I have just got my cheque of £4.99 through the door and I got no postage paid either.Lucky my stamp was only 50p..Like you I will bre sending email too.,as it says on letter if you have any queries contact them by the above email address.0
