Call me stupid (please don't
) but I'm not sure what to do with the Douwe Egberts coffee. The coffee, not the MBG! I don't drink coffee but my OH does and he's not fussy, he has the cheapest instant coffee available, so that's all I've ever dealt with. So, if I bought the ground coffee, can I just use it like instant coffee or do I need a cafetiere?
Yours sheepishly...
Hi. Did you send the Douwe Egberts stuff for a refund? I did and received £2 less than my receipt amount. I have emailed the generic email address from their website and wondering what went wrong.0 -

I paid £5.50 for the 2x250g pack at Tesco which is the maximum they'll refund. Only sent mine off a couple of days ago but will update here when the refund is received.
Meanwhile, here are the terms from their website:"The refund will be made to the value shown for the Douwe Egberts ground coffee purchase detailed on the original itemised till receipt, to a maximum of £3.15 for any 200g pack and £5.50 for any 2x250g pack, plus 2nd Class postage (to a max of 53p). The refund will be made by cheque to the name shown on your application."I hope they get back to you and refund the outstanding amount.
