I had an email from Venus MBG. They said they'll be sending out a cheque this week and will make it £15 for the inconvenience. I spent £10.99, I think

Had my cheques back from Velvet, nice and quick, about 2 weeks on that, gonna have t do some mmore shopping now.

I am still waiting on Activia and Daz, these were to 2nd addresses.

They seem to be stocked in wilkinsons....however they had stock in my local but not promotional packaging

Hi. Did you send the Douwe Egberts stuff for a refund? I did and received £2 less than my receipt amount. I have emailed the generic email address from their website and wondering what went wrong.

I paid £5.50 for the 2x250g pack at Tesco which is the maximum they'll refund. Only sent mine off a couple of days ago but will update here when the refund is received.

Meanwhile, here are the terms from their website:

"The refund will be made to the value shown for the Douwe Egberts ground coffee purchase detailed on the original itemised till receipt, to a maximum of £3.15 for any 200g pack and £5.50 for any 2x250g pack, plus 2nd Class postage (to a max of 53p). The refund will be made by cheque to the name shown on your application."
