Advert on TV tonight for MBG on Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant toothpaste.

Only just launched yesterday on their F/B page https://www.facebook.com/armandhammeruk/timeline

and nothing on their website yet http://www.armandhammer.co.uk/products

Noticed on their US website, they have a MBG for their toothbrushes as well, just sending back part of the packaging.

will keep an eye out for more info

Call me stupid (please don't :o) but I'm not sure what to do with the Douwe Egberts coffee. The coffee, not the MBG! I don't drink coffee but my OH does and he's not fussy, he has the cheapest instant coffee available, so that's all I've ever dealt with. So, if I bought the ground coffee, can I just use it like instant coffee or do I need a cafetiere?

    Yours sheepishly...

Hi. Did you send the Douwe Egberts stuff for a refund? I did and received £2 less than my receipt amount. I have emailed the generic email address from their website and wondering what went wrong.

I paid £5.50 for the 2x250g pack at Tesco which is the maximum they'll refund. Only sent mine off a couple of days ago but will update here when the refund is received.

Meanwhile, here are the terms from their website:
"The refund will be made to the value shown for the Douwe Egberts ground coffee purchase detailed on the original itemised till receipt, to a maximum of £3.15 for any 200g pack and £5.50 for any 2x250g pack, plus 2nd Class postage (to a max of 53p). The refund will be made by cheque to the name shown on your application."

I hope they get back to you and refund the outstanding amount. :)
