I just sent the flap, I was sent a form but got no updates, sent it off 2 days ago, will keep you informed.

Thanks to all those that update the thread, ive just written up 5 mbg and about to send off, although i have 2 different address i thought i'd send the other activia in a few weeks time, since it's an onlie form.

Iv been waiting since 1st September for the Persil dual action refund has anyone else had this problem?

I had another email yester day checking how my La Roche Posay was going - no immediate form for the refund attached so just using the one on the website.


I'm ready to send it off now but as someone else has already mentioned the form asks for the box back but the t's & c's ask for the barcode flap?!
I'm assuming the flap will suffice as I doubt the whole box would go on a second class stamp - which is all they refund in terms of postage.


Bit nervous about this one given the cost of it - hope goes okay - anyone else had their cheque back yet?

For those who are taking part in the Laroche-Possay MBG:
I have bought the Laroche-Possay set yesterday, I have already tried it on my skin.

- Do I have to register to their online six weeks challenge (called "my countdown to clear progress) ?

- How long before you can send your claim? Is it six weeks?

- What do they mean by "outer flap"?

As Africat, above, mentions it; it is an expensive MBG that it makes me wary.
