    Hi

I sent off my application for the Nivea Sensitive at the beginning of August and haven't heard anything back. I sent it off in a big hurry as we were going away the next day and didn't keep a note of the address etc as I usually do. Please can one of you organised people please tell me the address etc so I can ask what happened. I did at least manage to get to a post office and I've got my certificate of posting. Has anyone else had problems?

Thanks for your help : )

After many emails to and fro, I've just received a £5 voucher for Nivea products in the post - albeit with a note suggesting that the problem was all my fault.... Anyway, I'm happy now so thanks for your help : )

I had the same problem but I sent an email through the `contact me` on an email sent to me promoting something one of their products.

I got a reply saying that they had contacted the relevant department who then said that they had received the online form but not the parcel but as a `gesture of goodwill` they would pay me for the nivea I had bought.

  • Just read the terms & conditions for the La Roche-Posay refund as was filling in the form, you have to send the box back which will cost a bit as it's large :mad::mad:

They want the 'detached flap from the outer packaging of Effaclar 3-step anti-blemish system including the barcode' and they refund postage so it sounds ok to me.

I am definitely claiming for this one. Have used it a week and my forehead is now like a bloody pin cushion. I've never had this many zits on my forehead in my life!

Has anyone tried doing the La roche posse to differant addresses? I have different email accounts but it just seems a bit riskier with the online progress check thingy....

I have the form (La roche), but it says they will send me updates (none to date)

did everyone else get emails and did they wait the 7 days?

did you send the flap or the whole box?

and has anyone had a refund yet?

Does anyone know if on the Phillips toothbrush 28 days, do you have to send the toothbrush back?

    thanks
