I've been told that my mbg claim was logged on 18th August, they are just waiting for the cheque to be printed.
She also said that it states in the T&C's that the cheque will take up to 28 days to arrive. I said that my claim was logged over 28 days ago, she replied that it's working days.
I then said it was more than 28 working days aswell, she just replied and said that i would get the cheque once it's printed.

Thanks for this. I posted off on 5th Aug so maybe caught up in this too. I wrote last week to enquire but heard nothing. How did you hear?

As we have to return half the contents I'm going to assume that the postage will be refunded as it would be a pretty poor deal otherwise.
