I got these a couple of months ago - May/June time. Not seen any instore since then

Yeah I got mine a few months ago. That's the problem with long-running promotions - the shops can run out of promotional stock.

I'd try big Tesco, Morrisons and Asda stores, and have a good rummage at the back of the freezers. Hope you find them!

I am in the same position, I will contact them too. Do not be put off, sometimes it happens where you have to chase things up. However, most of the times, it goes smooth.
