I'm having no luck either. Contacted them over a week ago and they said try again in a couple of days. Could do with the money back now as it's been almost a month. It was £45 and the dog doesn't enjoy it at all. Crappy food & crappy service. Oh well!

Got a cheque for Lindt yesterday. £2.49, which is a couple of pence short of what I paid (£2) plus postage. It does say in the t&cs though that the max refund including postage is £2.49.
