Submitted Batiste today, by uploading a scan of the receipt online as the form printed out funny for me aswell.

I remember someone saying they had a problem uploading their receipt. I had the same problem using Internet Explorer but it worked fine in Firefox. Bit late to be any help though!
  • Is the number on the roll the one inside with numbers and letters or is there another on the outer side of the roll? X

    Can anyone help? :j

I am also unclear as to the terms of this promo.
As someone has already mentioned, one of the 5 requirements it asks for is for proof of postage to be included in the parcel but then reading further along the T's & C's it suggests that the only postage they'll be covering is the cost to send the refund back to you - so not the cost of sending the half used product (which will cost £2.80 to return as a small packet through Royal Mail).
This is how I interpret it anyway but I can't understand why they are asking for the proof of postage (up to £7.00 to be included if it's not going to be covered?) Surely proof of postage needs to be kept by the sender as if a parcel goes missing and the proof of postage is inside then it defeats the object!!?

I'm having second thoughts about this one even though I've already bought (but not yet used it). I did a differant Garnier cream MBG promo once before and had to cover the postage myself and they also only paid a proportion of the value as I'd bought it on a promo at 2 for £12.00, even though this wasn't mentioned in the T's & C's.

If you have to pay postage yourself and they're only going to cover part of the cost if it's been bought on a promo (which mine has) and you have to return hald the product too, it kinda makes it a bit less appealing. :(

    What does everyone think....

Received the refund on this today - they covered P&P too. I bought on mix and match 3 for 2 in Boots but they paid the full amount so ended up being quite a good result all round.

I'd never buy it though - wasn't exagerating when I said I didn't like it as it's more like a tinted moisturiser and left a greasy orangey tone to my skin.

Happy to try for free though and glad they coughed up on P&P :T

I have received a cheque from Velvet today. My claim was sent a little bit more than a week. So pretty quick.
    It included postage too.

Velvet is 2 for £7 at Waitrose. I will try it to see if I get the full £7 or just for £4.53. Still a bargain if I only get the £4.53.

Does anyone know if promoters will accept 2 for £7 as part of Try Me Free promotion and refund £7?

Lindt Creations. It's in the first post. http://www.lindt-creation.co.uk/

Can anyone help please? Have seen this on the Try Me Free page, but do I have to buy a bar of Lindt which has a Try Me Free flyer on it, as I can't find any. Or does it apply to any bar of Lindt Creations?
    Thanx

It has a small try me free flash on the front of the packaging. I found mine in Tesco. Happy hunting...

Here, I found this pic via Google Image search - it's the red box you're looking for.
