I wonder if anyone can help me please.
Have bought a Nice and Easy root dye and on the side it says satisfaction guaranteed or a refund.
They have not made this easy - no address or details on the packaging or the website (that I can see, anyway!)
Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

And thanks for the other post too. I shall buy some Sure then. It finishes end of the month doesn't it so I must be quick. I haven't visited the site for a while but decided I needed to get back into the TMFs!
It was funny at lunchtime when we were eating the Liberte yoghurts and declaring, whilst licking our lips, "These aren't very nice , are they?" lmao

So with the sure,. I don't need to comment on how well it worked, just that it didn't last as long?

You need to say why you think the Sure didn't last as long e.g. it came out with more intensity and you ended up feeling sweaty so you had to re-apply it.


Be warned, you need a gas mask when you use the stuff because it's noxious!
