If your DAZ MBG promotion doesn't work then contact the manufacturer themselves. Regardless of the terms of the promotion, any decent manufacturer is going to refund a dissatisfied customer.

Do you need inspiration for the Liberte? Something about the yoghurt being too watery, or there being too much fruit in relation to the small yoghurt portion, or the fruit was too sweet and sickly blah blah blah.

I've written a claim letter if they reject it then I will cross that bridge. Really didnt like the liquid.

I've sorted the liberte, was having a mental blank earlier, I thought it was plain and the fruit was like eating jam urgh *shudder*

Thank you for trying it for us.

I do think you should write again and challenge it for the sake of the price of a stamp given the cost of the product. Point out their misleading promotion terms, how you've complied exactly with the t&cs of the promotion, and how you're minded to contact Trading Standards about this disingenuous promotion. And as I said in my previous post, you're not happy with the product, and you thought it was rubbish, so any decent manufacturer is going to want to reimburse a dissatisfied customer.

Thank you for your words of encouragement and Dormouse too I have only just worked out how to quote people (!), I am a bit of novice and a half. My main worry is that I have claimed for myself at my Mum's address too and so I have breached the terms and conditions. I might just keep a low profile on this one.

    Oooh! Nice find!

I'll be going for the ground coffee so I hope the jar has a neck label or something because I'll have a job trying to get the label off the jar itself!

    How does this work please?
I've followed the hyperlink but can't work it out.
    Many thanks

Does anybody know if there was a `Bold` tmf or mbg. I have kept the receipt for it and I don`t normally spend that much of laundry products unless there is a promo. I looked on the first page but cannot find any info (that`s seems to be the theme for me this morning-cannot find any thing). TIA

The Batiste form doesn't print properly, for those of us who want to use the postal option, so I'm going to write letters as I normally would and enclose the messed-up prints.
