Oooh! Nice find!
I'll be going for the ground coffee so I hope the jar has a neck label or something because I'll have a job trying to get the label off the jar itself!0 -
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of trying two claims at the same address, (there was talk of doing this as the T&Cs appeared to allow 1 per person), I have just had my daughter's MBG for this rejected (after mine was paid) and told "this offer is limited to one per household".
I hope that this will save someone the frustration of a refused claim.0 -

I hope that this will save someone the frustration of a refused claim. It's very naughty of them to have the word "person" rather than "household" in the T&Cs!
In fact, seeing that they still haven't changed it, if you feel like it, you could take a screen shot and email it to P&G customer services - I bet they wouldn't be very happy with the handling company!0 -
Afternoon, goodnews I got the cheque back for the razor :j bad news just found the receipt out for the Daz and I bought it on the 26th of May which is just out of the 4 week window to make a claim
, really annoyed with myself as didnt actually like the product! I guess theres no point in even trying as I am outside the T&C claim window.
I'm just writing the letter for Liberte I cant think what to write i'm having a complete blank as to what to write even though I didnt like it!0 -

You could always back date the letter, so it looks like it was held up by Royal Mail? They might let it through.0 -

If your DAZ MBG promotion doesn't work then contact the manufacturer themselves. Regardless of the terms of the promotion, any decent manufacturer is going to refund a dissatisfied customer.
Do you need inspiration for the Liberte? Something about the yoghurt being too watery, or there being too much fruit in relation to the small yoghurt portion, or the fruit was too sweet and sickly blah blah blah.0 -

Thank you for trying it for us.
I do think you should write again and challenge it for the sake of the price of a stamp given the cost of the product. Point out their misleading promotion terms, how you've complied exactly with the t&cs of the promotion, and how you're minded to contact Trading Standards about this disingenuous promotion. And as I said in my previous post, you're not happy with the product, and you thought it was rubbish, so any decent manufacturer is going to want to reimburse a dissatisfied customer.0
