Does anyone have an address on this please. I have the packet but no TMF. Cheers

Do you have the pack with the promotional flash on the front for the TMF? As you need to enclose this, so definitely need a promotional one.

I saw the smaller pack today in Tesco but going to try and hold out for the bigger one!

Wins : McCains garden games set, 2xTickets to Alton Towers, Links of London friendship bracelet, 2xIdeal Home Show tickets, McFly album CD, Virgin Balloon flight for 2 with a case of ScrumpyJack cider and 2 ltd edition jackets, Powerboat racing experience, £50 Virgin voucher, Aerobie Pro flying ring & Rice Krispie squares, Tesco baby pack

I've seen the 9 pack promo flash pack in Wilkinsons this evening - priced on offer at £3.50 instead of £4.50 - you can claim up to £7.00 though, anyone know if they do a bigger pack than the 9 roll pack?

Also saw 9 roll pack in Waitrose but they didn't have the promo flash.

    Use different dates of birth.

Thanks - I think I read on the TMF pack I saw that the 9-roll is the biggest size in the TMF, the smaller size was either 4 or 6?
I could be wrong - but I think the 9-roll is the biggest size in the offer.

I am also unclear as to the terms of this promo.
As someone has already mentioned, one of the 5 requirements it asks for is for proof of postage to be included in the parcel but then reading further along the T's & C's it suggests that the only postage they'll be covering is the cost to send the refund back to you - so not the cost of sending the half used product (which will cost £2.80 to return as a small packet through Royal Mail).
This is how I interpret it anyway but I can't understand why they are asking for the proof of postage (up to £7.00 to be included if it's not going to be covered?) Surely proof of postage needs to be kept by the sender as if a parcel goes missing and the proof of postage is inside then it defeats the object!!?

I'm having second thoughts about this one even though I've already bought (but not yet used it). I did a differant Garnier cream MBG promo once before and had to cover the postage myself and they also only paid a proportion of the value as I'd bought it on a promo at 2 for £12.00, even though this wasn't mentioned in the T's & C's.

If you have to pay postage yourself and they're only going to cover part of the cost if it's been bought on a promo (which mine has) and you have to return hald the product too, it kinda makes it a bit less appealing. :(

    What does everyone think....

I'm getting very nervous now as the persil bio caps were very expensive and I sent on 12/6 and heard nothing.
Daz liquitabs even worse - sent 5/6!
    Should I be ringing them?
    Thanks

I think you're meant to allow 28 days, so it might be worth giving them both a little longer before worrying too much.

It's perfectly normal for things to take about a month. They do say 28 working days, so I wouldn't worry until 5-6 weeks after posting :)
