Nielson Mobile Panel - No points since July
I've been on the panel for around 16 months and everything has been working fine until now , I've noticed I haven't had any emails recently to say points have been awarded or been awarded any points since July , I should've had points around the 10th Aug and 10th Sept.
I've checked on my phone and the app reports it is working ok so I used the "Contact us " on the web page but haven't had any response yet , anyone else noticed a problem with their account ? or have you had points awarded for August and September ?

i not had any since june. march is missing too. i have april and mays tho........0

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago and emailed them. I got this reply: -
Dear Member,
With regards to your recent points issue, we can confirm that your rewards account should have ben credited for points during August and possibly this month depending on when you usually receive them (i.e. what day of the month).
Unfortunately our incentives team has experienced an issue that has delayed points being credited into members’ Grass Roots reward accounts.
Please be aware we are still receiving data from your device without issue, so please keep using your phone with the Nielsen App installed, and when we fix this problem you will receive all the points you are owed both retroactively and current.
You do not need to respond to this email, we will contact you personally when these missing points are credited to your account. Thank you again for your cooperation and patience in the matter.
