Cash ISA without current account?

Hi,
I would like to open a cash ISA with a different bank as the one I have my current account with (my cash ISA currently only has 0.75% interest, but i'm happy with my current account).
Is it possible to open a cash ISA with another bank?
And what about a money back credit card?
Can you take that from a different bank and set up a direct debit on your current account to pay it off?
I'm sure the above questions are a bit silly, but I'm a bit ignorant when it comes to financial stuff.... :-)

Should be no problem in opening a cash ISA with another bank.
A couple of basic questions:
Are you on the electoral roll?
Do you have any credit history at all? If so - have you had any problems, such as late payments or defaults0 -
If you want to transfer the existing ISA to another provider then you must ask the new provider to organise the transfer- remember that not all ISA providers allow transfers in. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/cash-isa-transfers0
