Sounds like a plan Natty. It's made me want a fruit shake for breakfast - I'll post what I used and a taste result x

I'm having apple and carrot (I already know that's tasty though as I've tasted previously)

Currently on my shopping list is; ginger, kale, spinach, apples, carrots, beetroot and celery - although I will have a good look through the recipes tomorrow X

  • Another awful shift, more staff (just 1 under) but 3 of us still worn out from Friday. Hoping will improve quickly as it was truly horrendous. Struggled to keep smiling pleasantly all shift and by 7pm became a bit of a grimace. Then handover and dragged weary body the 40 mile to the car park. (may be a teeny exaggeration)

    I like targets, i set self so many each year, all of varying types. This years are;
To reduce clothes size by 2.
To complete my current ou module and then NEVER study EVER again.
To stay on 5 year plan MF plan (as described in beautiful spreadsheet have created)
Not a "smart" objective yet but to have christmas 2013 predominantly "free" (i.e. paypal earned from ebay, tcb, nectar points and surveys)
For DH to fix towel rail and toilet roll holder in downstairs loo.

    HTH!

Sorry - not joining in the juice diet! Unless its grape and has been fermented first,

Hi Elantan, I guess I could use Stevia instead of sugar perhaps?

Natty, we seem to be preparing for a health kick, I appreciate the boot up the @ss

    Tilly x

Stevia is ok but you have to remember your body still sends out the sugar is coming signals to your pancreas will still secrete the insulin hormone ( which can make you fatter)
  • Thanks Elantan, I think a trip to the library is required. Tilly x

I feel for you HDK, at least no work tomorrow then an early finish on Monday though - I hope that's right?)

I imagine a side effect from the juicing extravaganza may be lots of initial visits to Mr Toilet, and in your current hive of activity, I don't think you could spare the time for such a thing so will let you off:D

    Sleep well natty

Just wanted to add ( then I will go honest ) thank to you and Tilly I just tidied up my accounts ... I had quite a few 98ps to transfer over ... Yes it's not much compared to what I owe ... But I imagine over the course of the year it will all add up ... I think I will try and tidy them up fortnightly :)

    Thank you both :)

The tilly ups are just great elantan as they're not a bank breaking amount, however accumulatively will make such a difference:)

Regardless of whether debt is from loans or credit cards or mortgage, it's all debt so the principles are the same - it's lovely to see you in this board, the people here are fantastically welcoming and helpful and please, please do join in (you are most certainly not taking over)

I had a wee look a the Juice Master, and like the look of his recipes, in fact this morning juicing makes even more sense to me, as in the past I have been so wasteful regarding letting fresh fruit and veg going to rot, but now I will be either eating it or juicing it:p
