Tilly will have a far more ingenious method, however I had £xxx.07 in my current account, so via online banking I transferred the 7p to another account that I will ultimately transfer via standing order into my mortgage account (I think tilly has her mortgage account online therefore can do an immediate straight transfer - unfortunately I have to go 'round the houses' a wee bit). I hope this makes sense?

Yes natty it makes much sense thanks ... I think there's a few people from Hypnos threads still kicking about ... Nice to meet a fellow companion :)

What appeals to me is taking a juiced 'thing' in for lunch at work - so either veggie based or fruit. I'm not sure whether you need to drink them as soon as made, or whether they could go into a chilled flask and had later. I'll do some research. Thanks for the tip

    Tilly x

I did juicing before and it is great ... But u want to caution you on two things ... You need fibre and also be careful of sugar ... I have a sugar addiction and juicing only made it worse

I sooooo wanna get in control of the sugar addiction ( she says as she stuffs the 3rd snickers into her mouth :) )

Hi Natty, apologies for hijacking your thread :rotfl:

Yes please re links. I have loads of frozen fruit which I can use up for juicing.

Elantan, sorry my response was so long, I get a bit carried away with my planning :T

    Tilly

Your response to elantan was WAY better than mine:D

The link to the juicing recipes is; http://www.squidoo.com/juice-recipes (sorry I don't know how to do the cool linky thing)

That would be my plan (should I continue into week 2). We have a fridge at work so I know I could safely store. On the film people had their 'juice' in drink containers, although I imagine you may have to shake some to remix? I'll test tomorrow, I only have apples, carrots, oranges and grapes in the house, however am already planning a trip to Ald*. On Monday I'll purchase a week's supply from a local (very cheap) wholesaler:D

    I'm very excited indeed!

The green veggie smoothies are encouraged - kale, spinach, celery etc. as like you I have a naturally sweet tooth so will be v careful to balance out:)
