Life can give us some shocking blows but I'm a great believer in a positive mental attitude can help us get to where we need its not always an easy road but the road makes us who we are.

Good morning again
Thank you for taking the trouble to post everyone, again. I really do appreciate it, especially given the inaneness of this thread:o
You are absolutely right Lavinia, the people on this forum are lovely and I wish I had you all in my real-life, and at work - although not in a 'locked in my basement' kind of way, just over for chocowine and crisps, and perhaps Christmas, Easter and birthdays, and maybe holidays, play-dates, meals out and meals in ...... nothing too sinister or like the plot from Misery whatsoever:p
HDK - if you're reading, I have a 2500 word assignment, to be submitted in first draft format by yesterday. When I last checked, I had completed 376 words:eek::eek::eek:

Get writing woman - then get that OP made :T.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Natty pants,
Good to hear from you. Chocowine makes me think of chocolate flavoured wine - I must say I don't like wine - yuch, tastes like vinegar (please don't chuck me out - I eat double the chocolate to make up for it) but perhaps if it was chocolate flavoured it would be right up my street.
Glad the house has sold, like others have said a bit of breathing space for you would have been what your mum wanted.
So get that OP made! (Never made an OP in my life, 6 months into my first house so no idea what I'm on about mind)0 -

What may seem inane during the writing activity can magically transform into something which adds a little perspective and even a little sparkle to someone else's day, as they read your words! It's all good!
