I had an unexpected visitor as I was laying in my bed with a freshly filled HWB and my netflicks...so queue much charging around trying to make the place look semi presentable (of which I felt I didn't do too bad a job, if I may be so bold to say), and then what happened?????? Yes, she only uttered the dreaded phrase 'can I use your loo?'

I mean for frig sake people can't you just go to the loo in your own house, or hold it in?????

That's it I am going to have to build a second loo, a 'staged show house' type loo only for guests, and have the family one with scummy taps, towels on the floor, and skitters (well maybe not the skitters, but you get the picture).....oh sorry, I didn't realise you were eating:o

Erm yes, I get the picture Natty, reminds me, my loos could do with a little clean.....

Although, I have cleaned the insides of all of the windows in the house today.

I would say the walls are pretty reflective of my bathroom, but my toilet isn't as clean as the one in the photograph....

Lady gym? I had no idea they existed!!!!!

It always annoys me when I'm on a treadmill at speed 9.5 for 45 mins and feeling chuffed with myself until I look at the man next to me on speed 12 and not even sweating. Grrrrrr.

What I like about the lady gym is that everyone is nice and normal and friendly! I found going to a regular gym far too stressful, everyone was concerned with image, wearing correct brands and there were always way too many mirrors:eek:
This gym is 30 mins, circuit style, no mirrors, and people of all shapes, sizes and age.

No one appears to give a ratsar*e what they look like and even the staff have regular body shapes. I am still on my freebie month, however am pretty certain I'll continue.

That sounds a great gym Natty, and well done in sticking at it . I used to go to a gym and liked it cos it had a ladies only room in it. But that was small and cos of that had limited equipment in it.

I agree with the posing , i look like a size 10 - big hipped nelly the elephant, cut all my lovely blonde locks off and now brunette, feeling abit of a minger then all teh "cheerleader" gang turn up, fit toned, tanned and with filthy rich husbands that dont need to work. tehy do the gym like a social event and then drink 120 callories of skinny smocka lotta latte!!!!

needless to say, i am red faced, sweating like a bloodhound withe the red bloodshot eyes, whilst they trot like handbag dogs and still find enough air in their lungs to chat!!!!!

its just my 27 year old, post menopausal ( all weight piling on my hips and stomach) jealousy coming out!!!!
