Over 70. Can I get money back to install loft insulation?

This is the sort of thing I am looking for. Despite the title on the MSE guide it seems like you only get the money if you are on certain benefits. Does any company pay the customer to take insulation if they are over 70?
- the qualifying criteria for the 'Super Priority Group' is means tested benefits as you know
- the £200 is deemed as an income, and government departments paying means tested money would certainly be interested in this extra income
- before even going there you should cover you back by asking central & local GOV depts if it affects your benefits
- oh, and its not £200 it's £100 for loft & £100 for walls
Evidence must be provided that you are in receipt of the 'passported' benefits as stated in ' The Electricity and Gas (Carbon Emissions Reduction) Order ' to earn the right to be in the SPG.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
