Is that bank statements he wants or credit card ones? I'll have to get my thinking cap on with regards to contents value! My main worry is the vehicles now as although i do not work and am on a full time course, plus kids taxi, taking them to and from after school stuff often not on the bus route, voluntary work. OH works anti social hours so needs his own transport too. It'll make life more difficult if we don't have both! Just don't want the kids to suffer as a result of the bankrupcy, so far they don't know anything about it and i'd like it to stay that way if poss.0

Hi there all,
The OR forms arrived on the doormat with a thud this morning! didn't expect them to be so quick! Must be cos it's Easter weekend and they want them back sharpish. Don't know if i have the energy to look for it all lol. Defo don't have 12months worth of every statement! Will just have to do what GIS says and stick a note in. Forms are also wanting a copy of my tenancy agreement for the council house that we rent, haven't a clue where that is..not sure if OR will contact council too or whether council will send out a new one? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
P.s Can i still order things from a catalogue such as Littlewoods or Freemans or do i have to declare that too?0 -

Morning lucy,
right the catalogue thing is fine as you can have credit upto £500 i think, but others have found that once their credit file has been updated and the BR shows on it that the catalouge companies have sometimes closed the accounts.
Im sure the OR will be able to contact the council and get a copy of your agreement the same as with your other statements .
Like i said just put what you can find in the envelope and put a letter in saying about the others and the council agreement .

Thanks getting it sorted! I don't often order from the catalogues anyway, its just for emergency things i guess, and i've never had priority debts or debts with the catalogues, just credit cards, but i guess i'll have to wait and see what happens in due course. Scary times!:eek:0

I think it depends on the 'complicacy' of the bankruptcy, Red, as most people seem to end up with a telephone interview. Also, the form, sent out by the OR, is very similar to the form that you fill in when you 'self-declare'. If that form has been filled in to the OR's satisfaction, then there should be no need to 'duplicate' it. I was declared BR by one of my creditors, so I did not have to fill in the same forms.
Anyway - good luck with the telephone interview.
The clerk at the courts told us that it was rare to have a face to face interview.0
