    Hi Maria,
I only had 10 months from our joint account and 9 from my own. I had to get some print-outs from OH work for payslips for Feb and Jan, and so I included 6 months worth. I only had one statement for each of our CC accounts, but she said this was fine she can get hold of any she needs from the relevant companies!
Lots of people destroy the cos they don't like to see them!!!
    Sent ours off today!

Don't worry about any missing statements - the OR can contact Banks/Companies directly and request any information they need.
    Good luck with the interview.

It;s so strange, I got my letter from the OR today. Having read comments on this foum i had expected a huge form to fill in but all I've got are three letters to sign. Telephone interview is arranged for Tuesday (must try to think up of an excuse for why I'll be late for work) and they say I shouldn't need to have a face to face interview.

I think it depends on the 'complicacy' of the bankruptcy, Red, as most people seem to end up with a telephone interview. Also, the form, sent out by the OR, is very similar to the form that you fill in when you 'self-declare'. If that form has been filled in to the OR's satisfaction, then there should be no need to 'duplicate' it. I was declared BR by one of my creditors, so I did not have to fill in the same forms.
Anyway - good luck with the telephone interview.

Hi all, Had a phone call this morning from the OR about making arrangements for an interview. I felt all panicky cos i thought i was going to receive a pack first in one or two weeks, that's what i was told anyway on Monday at court. But here i am 2 days later being rang up! So immediately allsorts pop into my head..he sounded like a friendly guy anyway, just praying he's in a good mood next Tuesday when we have the phone interview. Do we need anything to hand besides our copy of the court forms? Or is everything we need at interview explained in a letter? I would appreciate any views guys.
    Cheers.

We were sent our pack within days, this has to be returned, preferably before the interview, with all the statements etc you can lay your hands on. Due to the Bank Holiday, the OR will not receive ours until after our phone interview on Tuesday 10th. She was unconcerned about this, and obviously I won't have any documents, as they were all posted yesterday. She said it would be fine.
