Orange Problems

I am wanting to know if i Can cancel my contract with Orange, My Contract is due to end in May 2013, however for the past 2 - 3 months the GL area have been having awful problems. We have Full signal but calls are going through to Voicemail with no ringing, Text messages are delayed anything up to 48 hours, both Sending and Recieving, Having spoken to Orange Numberous amounts of times nothing is being sorted or Fixed, infact they seem to say there is no faults or problems in the area that they can Find! There is a Facebook group put together with over 900 members all having problems, but still nothing is being done to resolve this, Am I able to cancel my contract with no charge as Oragne are clearly not holding their Side of the contract?
