I managed to locate a pink one for my nephew..but I had to pay 9.99 for the spiderman game.

They said they didnt have any 2.99 games left at all.

This was in the Crawley store.

Does anyone know the product codes for the 2.99 games at all?

do you guys know of the play yan adapter which fits into cartridge slot of gameboy micro and takes in SD cards. With that you can play movies (already built into firmware) as well as mp3s (upto 320kbps).
the cheapest on net was at play asia for 35 pounds.
But the best case scenario is - get the sd 1 gb card for under a tenner. The game boy Advance Roms are only 8meg or so, and downloadable. some from nintendo website others from peer to peer networks like limewire.
And now you have a movie player, mp3 player , games console with an endless number of games.

the only catch is the "35 pound cheapest" play-yan micro adapter. if somebody can find a cheap one that will snatch the deal for many.
    Inside I am THINKING.

Hmmmm - Will give some thought, thanks.
Initial search on ebay typing 'game boy movie player' then clicking advance, and under location checking item available to the uk, brings up a list with it available from the usa for aprox £20 delivered.

Just managed to pick up a Silver GBA Micro from Barnsley branch the afternoon. Also had the 2 in 1 game 'GT3 & MotoGP' @ £2.99. Game code on box is "884/220809 (040407)".

They still had a pink one in stock, but I got last Silver and there were no green.

So has anyone actually got or bought one of these play-yan adapters? after a bit of internet research, its an official nintendo product, aimed at using the gameboy as an mp3/mp4 player, but also allows u to play free downloadable games from the nintendo website - but can you use it to play roms??
  • Thanks to the OP for this one :T! I bagged the last 2 silver ones at the local Comet, the price has gone up by the way, they are £25, however I did get a £10 discount on one of them! It was a return but it's in perfect condition!

He did say there were loads of pink ones in stock.
  • The Pink Micro is now £25 but if you add the accessories pack for £0.99 you get the package for half price (£13).

None available near me, Paisley is the closest if anyone is around that area.

How did you get it to show up half price £13?

Was this using the online reservation or when you go to store for collection.
