How to retrive Text messages from mobile to PC?

Does anyone know to transfer messages from a Mobile onto a PC? The phones a Samsung B5722 and it has a USB port on it. Has anyone ever done that before? And can give specific instructions on how to do it?

Any help appreciated.

I also have a Samsung E2550 Monte Slide but it doesn't have a USB in it? Just a part to plug it in? Does that mean I can not download any texts from it?

I have the option to print a text via bluetooth but when I goto my bluetooth on my PC I click bluetooth setting and nothing happens and it does not connect with my Phone when I try to send it, it is not finding the Bluetooth on my PC? anyone any ideas?
I also have a printer an Epson DX4000

OK I have done what people have suggested but I am not getting the option for Text Messages?

Please can you tell me if this phone has Android? Samsung features don't say Android, but it features their Touchwiz so I assume its android.

Hello, I have bought a Bluetooth device and plugged it into my PC. I now have it on my PC and my Phone has recognised it BUT it keeps asking for a pairing code and I dont have the box for the USB and when I type a random number in it just says Unable to pair with my PC blue tooth? Anyone help?
