I am so sorry about your loss.
I lost my dd last year and a wonderful neighbour bought me lavandder products for my bath they really helped, Also a lavander pillow spray .
I couldnt be bothered with anythind and all my confidence went out of the window. Talking helped even if it was to myself sometimes.
I was told about cruise recently when I asked for advice in another post and since seeing the counceller thing have started to pick up for me dramatically.
You need to let people look after you.Take each day one step at a time and accept any help you are offered. That advice was given to me on mse and I will be forever grateful for it because until then I thought I could do everything alone and used all my energy making sure that everyone else was ok.
My love and thoughts are with you x:AIt matters not how long a stars shines ,what is remembered is the brightness of it's light.
