Three and Topcashback = Scam?

Good Morning!
@fitzgerald99, I am sorry that you have experienced this issue, but I thought it might be helpful for me to add my input.
We do find that with some merchants, particularly with contract/policy based purchases, the merchant may wish to contact you to complete your order over the phone, and there are plenty of reasons why this might be the case.
Not every customer will have to do this; it will depend on the individual's personal circumstances. Please also note that this is not affected by going through Top Cashback. If the merchant wishes to contact you over the phone to complete an order, then they would do this whether you were going through our links to the merchant's website or going directly. There is nothing that we can do to change or prevent this, unfortunately.
However, your order must be completed wholly online for you to be eligible for cashback, and this is a condition that the vast majority of the merchants listed on our site insist upon, as stated in our T&Cs.
When you click through to a merchant from Top Cashback and make a purchase, a 'cookie' should be attributed to the sale which tells the merchant that you have used our links, and in this case, they will be willing to pay a commission to us for the sale, which we then forward on to you as cashback. If the order is not completed online the merchant will not be able to award us with the commission as Top Cashback will not be listed as the referrer for your sale.
I can see that you do have a Three Mobile transaction showing for £96.96. This does suggest that the cash back has tracked back to your account successfully, therefore please could I kindly ask you to allow this transaction to progress? There is a chance it could be validated.
Alternatively, you could cancel this order, and place it again using the Top Cashback links, in the hope that you do not experience the same issue.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
