  • So much crap getting brushed under the carpet these days. Lets just let the scalliwags run the place eh?

Doing 500-900 quid a day is a blatant fiddle of epic proportions.

Whilst I'm not going to cast a moral judgment on henlans over that, what I will say is that Tesco and the police may both feel they have some 'unfinished business' with him after the Tesco reprinting affair. They will know exactly who he is in real life and he's given them on here a lovely pile of evidence which they may well pass on to the taxman.

    That's foolish IMO.

FK, I see your not on henlans ignore list :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

How you doing hun? hope your keeping well. Miss your posts, but loved your last lot of pics, look forward to the next ones :)

BTW tesco told the police to drop the case.
    I had done nothing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's interesting as you previously claimed tesco wanted to pursue it and the CPS declined to take it up?

If it is as you now claim you need to be VERY careful. Because a company choose not to pursue a case ONCE does NOT mean you've done nothing wrong, it simply means they chose not to pursue it in that instance.

You worry me at times. :(

Had an item that does not appear on the comparison list at all, not an N/A just not there, anyone know why.

What if we want to use the voucher, but with to return an N/A or not even compared product, is there any ettiquete for this, any feedback on what happens if you try to return an item on a marked receipt? What about the other way around if you return item first and then try and use apg voucher with receipt with return marked?

Thanks and apologies if this is already answered elsewhere.

In two shops I've done I've had this happen. When I've checked the item afterwards on mys the item has been either out of stock/unavsilable at Sada despite having just bought it! Weird? Unlucky?

NO that was my brother.. the CPS dropped the case. You just make things ups to sult you. LOL

The directors office for tesco head office contacted me after I left them a message via the P/O about my arrest. Once the police had NFO my case, tesco contacted me.

Can you take a picture of it? and then repost it? or someone send it via pm
    or that other place?

I guess if they break a term and condition ill have to break a few more of them lol :)

I've no idea how to take screen shots on my phone, but have used another phone to photograph the content. I'm not getting up to plug the non smartphone into the pc to transfer them now, but will do so in the morning.

Can you take screenshots of the t&CS showing the q&a, number 1 I quoted earlier says you'll get £20 apg. They've not changed that yet, so capping is in breach of their t&cs which should be binding at time of transaction.

    It's only a game

Way too many pages to catch up on but just to say I got the Duracell batteries earlier but only one type shows on the APG and I can't tell which one (got AA and AAA).

Also, managed to get an APG above £15 from an almost 9pm shop so the cap hasn't been applied just yet.

Back to catching up. Thanks for all the posts as I now have a nice stash of Bulmers and Walkers :D

Can you please explain how you got the Walkers? Thanks.
