Look we can spend all evening discussing this but the facts are:
According to all info received we can use pre Sunday >£15 vouchers to the full amount.
However it is clear that this isn't being applied instore and Midwinter implies phone call was made and still no joy?
If anyone wants to take this higher then go for it and you should win, but I think there are going to be hundreds of stores capping £15 vouchers tomorrow, so its all very well being all gung ho but if you are a low profile type person I would recommend you sit tight for a few days until those who are happy to question and query and make phone calls can clearly clarify the way this will go.
Ultimately if H.O. CS say 'no' then its going to take more pressure than most will want to exert to get the legal rights enforced. I'm sure some will happily push to get the legal requirements enforced, but to the more worried members here, sit tight.
Can I suggest that is the way forward? Otherwise we are going to have endless 'I was trouted posts' and endless 'you should have done x,y,z' replies? If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -
Hi
People have said they phoned HO and APGs generated before midnight SUNDAY will be accepted.
Even then that's breaking the contract. The apg t&cs have not changed, now at 9.15pm. If I shop right now, my apg will be generated after midnight and yet I am not informed of the change at the time of my shop.
That's wrong.

Example 1- Your comparable grocery shop is £110 at ASDA, £100 at Tesco, £111 at Morrisons, £125 at Sainsbury's and £130 at Waitrose. Tesco are cheapest.
- Your comparable grocery shopping is £10 cheaper at Tesco.
- 10% cheaper than Tesco's £100 comparable grocery shop is £90. As such in total you'll receive a voucher for £20.00 to ensure your comparable grocery shop is 10% cheaper at ASDA.
It's only a game

Just a quick question folks while I am catching up...I went to T's today and bought some chicken and veg pies which were supposed to be 2 for £3, but you know whats coming next!
Good old multibuy didnt kick in....and I got a refund of the difference, but should this have been DTD in anyway?
I didnt query it at the time as I had my rather hyper 9 year old nephew with me and I was in a rush to get home

Well this will be interesting tomorrow morning as my vouchers for £17.54
Can A just bring in a cap without warning to the customer? Remember T tried it on a Fday & got that many complaints they relented & honoured the DTD voucher!!
Tomorrow will be fun, tempted to go just now but had a couple of beers & if they took money off my voucher would tell them i didnt want my shop & walk out :rotfl::rotfl:Shop one - A vs T
Shop two - A vs W
And then repeat :j:j:j
& now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
A fifteen pound cap suits me fine, i'll just grab a handfull of those next customer shop seperator things and use several vouchers in several transactions....
also is there anything to stop people using two £15 vouchers on one shop if they were looking to kill vouchers?TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -

Yes DTD should have been given, with a smile.0 -
