I was thinking about joining Slimming World - but as a man, feel rather shy about joining a weekly group meeting.

Can anyone say whether the online membership is just as good? Or is it the motivation of the group meetings that holds the key?

Afternoon all - OH went back to work from paternity leave so today was the first day on my own with Tigercub and 3 yr old. Finally got out the door at 940am and went out for a long walk.. managed to lose my pashmina and one of polly's gloves en route.. grr! i forgot the losing gloves/hats/shoes part with babies! :rotfl:

Got to read back but just saw a few posts re: the glitches maybe coming to an end. All good things must unfortunately come to an end... i've been very thankful for what I''ve got/passed on/informed family members about so if it is the end, thanks to everyone involved who began it in the first instance:T
