Well done indeed:A
I didn't grow much this year, as last year I had so much stuff given to me from the allotments - O/H was coming home with bags & boxes full - the old boys like to keep him sweet so he delivers the grass clippings/tree chippings to them rather than the council tipin the freezer I still have about 20 polystyrene cups of the slow roasted tomato sauces I made last year

Good morning, just been shopping and had to abandon my toothbrush shop as the cheap toothpaste was out of stock and couldn't remember what else was a trigger, can I please ask with the smiles toothbrush was there an age on the one you picked?
It had 2-6 years on the ones I brought xNow on the 5:2 diet.

Well guys Budgie is now at a loss?
I have had my coke delivery and I have only got 2 x 8 cans the remaining are all out of stock. So can I ask will my e-vouchers just get credited back to me?
Isn't it a pickle?
I also paid £5 for delivery but how will my order compare now as I only have £10,54 worth of actual shopping.
Trying to get my head around this one?
Budgie xxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

I just wanted to say hi, introduce myself and say a hugh THANK YOU to you guys. I have a 4 year old and 6 month old so am currently on maternity leave, and maternity pay is not that much! But thanks to you guys I have been able to stock up on baby stuff and shampoo for me without it costing me too much.
I hope to be able to add some finds of my own at some point.
Claire

Oh rattypoos, I was double-trouted this morning in the same shop
Handed over a £9 odd APG for a £14 shop.....
SA:
Sucks teeth, sighs, looks heavenwards, dons bi-focals, mutters, calls supervisor who runs off to make phone call, comes back and says 'OK put it through'.
Me:
'I'd like to pay the balance using these luncheon vouchers'
SA:
Sucks teeth, sighs, looks heavenwards, dons bi-focals, mutters, calls different supervisor who says, 'what are these and where did you get 'em, never seen 'em before'.
Me:
Explain what they are and how they need to be put thro the till. Supervisor looks at me as if I'm an alien, goes off to make a phone call, comes back and says, 'OK put them through'
Then all 3 of them glare at me as I toddle off! I sooooo wanted to do that sideways jump with clicky heels as I walked away:rotfl:

This might be a good spot to voice my discomfort at peeps taking advantage of the Milk And More new customer offers. I can only speak with certainty for the guy operating the round local to me but this is a franchise and he barely scrapes a living whilst working unsocial hours everyday and in all weather.
He tells me he bears the cost himself of these promotions in the genuine hope of generating new and loyal customers...
I hope no-one minds me mentioning this.
I never knew this. Thanks for sharing. Ive been tempted to try it but will give a miss for sure now as I wouldn't realistically keep using them afterwards.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

I wasn't sure at all cos the last thing I wanted was for the poor thing to be frightened to death but I took the plunge 3 weeks ago and adopted a hamster from a lovely lady who rescues them! He is gorgeous and seems to be happy. I didn't think I could fall for a hamster but here we are... Just one warning.. I spent more time cleaning the hamster cage than anything else. Mine (I mean my son's!), at least is the messiest little creature alive!!! :T
Katie was prodded and poked , had no food and constantly being woken up when we got her whe was skin and bones now is full of life and a real lady she still wakes up when she hears us and comes downstairs for cuddles
Poppy (a dwarf) was attacked by her sister so was truamatised
Timmy (our little boy) again starved and prodded and poked about no wonder he was so stressed out and squeaked for hours on end wouldn't take treats from you thinking it was something nasty nearly a year on he's a typical teenager playing hide and seek in his home gets stroppy if you wake him up and puts bedding up to say leave me alone just like my 15 year old DD
I assume you are using sawdust in the bottom. Try the carefresh bedding made out of recycled paper. they are heavier than sawdust and makes less mess!!0 -
