Heres the basic recipe hun, you can play around with the spices and veggies. Hope you enjoy it, it looks so wrong when you read the ingredients but really is delicious and healthy. I like to make the sauce up the night before to let the flavour develop, and it will make a lot of sauce but it freezes well x

    Mushy Pea curry
    4 chicken breasts
    Tin of mushy peas
    Tin baked beans
    Tin chopped tomatoes
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    Mushrooms
    Petits pois peas
    curry powder
    Garlic granules
    Crushed chilli
    2 chicken stock cubes

    Method

1 Put baked beans, mushy peas and chopped tomatoes in saucepan and mix with chilli and garlic and bring to the boil
2 Once boiled, blend with blender until no bits left
3 Put back on hob and mix through curry powder and heat on low. Put in as much as you like until you can no longer taste beans – or to own taste
    4 Leave to simmer
5 Cook mushrooms, onions, peppers, chicken and peas in a non-stick wok with half a cup of boiling water mixed with 2 chicken stock cubes
6 Pour in curry sauce and mix with chicken etc. Add boiling water until your required consistency.

I agree lol, when you gave me this recipe a few weeks back i thought it sounded disgusting hehehe.......... How wrong was I haha. Was fab to have a curry on sw that didnt involve FF or natural yoghurt yuk haha x

I forgot to say good morning.
    Morning everyone!!!!! :)
Hope your all well. I hate to sound like a cow but I'm pretty glad I logged off when I did last night. This place is like my second home and right now it feels like all the rowdy idiot neighbours are trying there hardest to annoy all the sane (ish) sensible people who just want a peaceful life. There's always a few who are happy to disrupt and upset everything. My fingers will now be using the ignore button for the 1st time.:(

    Have a lovely day. :)

Agreed, It's just a shame we can't issue a few ASBO's;):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Right really shouldnt be on here so I'm off;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Yup I know I disappeared for the last week. But I have a great excuse.....and he's sleeping upstairs in his cot.

Zac Edward was born on 14th September at 12:48am weighing 6lbs 13oz. Labour was amazingly fast. Medically it was only 1 hour. But it was only 4 hours between waters going and having my little man in my arms.

Was kept in so long because of some medical concerns, but am home at last and all is going well.

Once again I didn't expect the birth for a good few weeks....and then he decides to come early. I will sort a pic out....but for now they're all on my camera and I have things all over the place.

Note: If someone would kindly fill me in on the current glitches I'd be very grateful. I'd imagine I have hundreds of posts to try and get through.

    Good morning!
Congratulations on the birth of your son!
My son is also called Zak!
It only seemed like yesterday you said you was expecting!

Yesterday I got 2 Jordan's plus the porridge in a tube thinking that was the trigger - is that right? I also had the 120 rice so everything worked fine.

But could I just have got another Jordan's instead of porridge?

I had 3 Iams, 2 mr Kipling, 120 rice, 2 Jordan's and the tube porridge and everything worked fine.

I now have 3 tubes of porridge so I,ve condemned myself to a winter of porridge eating and flapjack making when I would rather be eating Jordan's!

The "trigger" is the rice OR the oats

So you only need the rice if you can find it :)
Anyone can cuddle but only the Welsh can cwtch :)
  • Fingers crossed you get one nearer - but for now you will have to make the most of it when you do use petrol to get there.

Strabane is a great one and i think is a leading store in NI now - anytime i needed anything b4 I was always told it was NI main store ! I would go here as its open 24hrs too !
  • Thanks for this it saved my head last night whilst doing a shop last night :)

Warming up this morning with a hot bowl of mushed up Weetabix whilst waiting for my online shop to come, thanks BudgetBabe for all your helpful posts helped me pluck up courage to make the move online rather than getting another trouting

Becareful the A v T shop at the bottom of the list is incorrect, Steradent is the trigger for A v W not T's.
