  • My mum got trouted with her £14 APG. She had got her shopping and tried to use the voucher but male SA told her it couldn't be real as she should have paid £140 to get an APG that size. I wasn't with her and she didn't know what to do so paid cash then phoned me.
Luckily I was going to that store anyway so went in and asked for CS phone number as I'd forgotten to put I into my phone. Then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. The manager was great, he couldn't apologise enough. He gave my mum the cash for the voucher and a £5 gift voucher. He then went to find the SA who'd refused the APG.
Mum was so embarrassed and said she's not using anymore unless I'm there.

Im greedy and proud of it!

    Love this bit

selfish people who care about nothing other than getting as much out of this glitch as possible

haha... do we really care? lol

If there is a deal to be hit.. trust me.. I will hit it as hard as I can.

Thats not selfish thats just human nature!

Like i said before.. anyone doing £10 a time. double it. or even triple it.. this not gonna be about much longer.

I do 3 x £30 to £40 a time! in the same store. do i care? no. trust me, get as much as you can, I then go back in the same store and do it again.

Girl, I like your style. Wish I had the guts to try that.

I used my £6.90 voucher today. Mare like SA said "Gosh, that's a rather large one you have" and everyone in the queue was gawking my way. Very embarrassing! She even called the trout from the self service to look at my "rather large one". I don't think I will ever be going to that store again.

How do you guys manage to get away with your £30 vouchers? Pray do tell.........

  • Hi All,

I'm taking the 'newbie' plunge and finally posting... A friend of mine pointed me in your direction a short while ago. Since then I've been doing lots and lots and lots of research.
I have done two shops which I messed up and put down to experience and one which produced a modest, yet satisfying apg.
Especially given that my husband has been made redundant and I've been told to shop at a certain supermarket to save money!
Now I have finally cracked it and have lots of cereal and cleaning products. Off to get some chocolate and wine tomorrow for the weekend!!

THANK YOU ALL who provide lists, guidance and general words of wisdom.
