Hmm time to make up limerick,
There was a door handle called Locarr
His local Asda wasn't that far
He would shop all day and all night

Luckily I was going to that store anyway so went in and asked for CS phone number as I'd forgotten to put I into my phone. Then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. The manager was great, he couldn't apologise enough. He gave my mum the cash for the voucher and a £5 gift voucher. He then went to find the SA who'd refused the APG.
Mum was so embarrassed and said she's not using anymore unless I'm there.
Well done SD :T . Sorry that your mum had this experience, but glad that she had you to sort it out so well, I wonder how many times they have done similar to others who have not complained or had anyone to fight their corner, makes me .When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think

Sounds like a lovely story though....maybe it could be made into a film.....now, shall we have a casting couch for the main character? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I suggest Mad :T
It will probably be him anyway, he wasn't tailgating as such, just his latest 'wombling' escapade, on his bike trying to look nonchalant whilst trying to whip the Asda receipt form the car boot before they drove off and they shut the boot on his hand. Very MSE too because he was also getting a free ride home, downside was though not necessarily his own home:rotfl:
:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)
