I have just spent an amazing couple of hours with my niece, great niece who is 18 months and great nephew 12 weeks baby-4.gif. Lots of cuddles, singing, reading, screaming and eating :)
Sad to wave them off but nice to sit down with a cuppa and a mars bar :rotfl:

Ah that is lovely. glad that you had a good time, they grow up so quick dont they so it is great to stop and just enjoy them.

  • Hi All,

I'm taking the 'newbie' plunge and finally posting... A friend of mine pointed me in your direction a short while ago. Since then I've been doing lots and lots and lots of research.
I have done two shops which I messed up and put down to experience and one which produced a modest, yet satisfying apg.
Especially given that my husband has been made redundant and I've been told to shop at a certain supermarket to save money!
Now I have finally cracked it and have lots of cereal and cleaning products. Off to get some chocolate and wine tomorrow for the weekend!!

THANK YOU ALL who provide lists, guidance and general words of wisdom.

Forgot my manners - evening all.
Hope that you had a great day, just trying to catch up.

Had a lovely SA in sada's tonight, was on the SS tills and she was really lovely, singing away to Lady gaga and was not a bit bothered by my apg's, told me about her cravendale coupons that they sent her for having some off milk. I have emailed CS to say how nice she was as I think that it is too easy to complain and I hope that it gets noted somewhere for her.
Btw - the roasted nuts chocolate is scrummy ! nom nom nom

I got that chocolate too but haven't eaten it, I'm sat looking at a box of Maltesers :D now they are yummmmmmmmm  but I have been good and not opened them.
Dates on my choccie is all next year, nuts are May 2013, DH has had his eye on them but I told him he can't have them.
He went to be messured for his suit for DS3s wedding, so no way is he gonna be chomping into a big bag of nuts
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Got the new mars tonight to try, they just have the caramel in. A bit like a big runny chomp - chewy so don't try with dodgy teeth - unless you've bought a load of tooth stuff.

Is it just me or does that sound gross?

I brought Maltesers as well but forgot to copy and paste

I was trying out the Design it toothbrush and it worked :)
I have very happy children now xx

hi, i can't find the design toothbrush on msm?
also what was your cheap trigger for the dental in this shop?? edit please!!

You are right - but this person has kicked up such a stink in the shop over the apg's that he was on thier radar - the shop assistant informed me, with a big cheesy grin, that they would always win - and he was wrong to skip out on the 50p parking charge

    hi mandy
    welcome to the thread
can i ask are you apg'ing?? why would you have it in for a fellow mse'er?
it sounds as thought the staff have it in for this person, wonder if you are heaving a sigh of relief that the spotlight is off other peoples apg's in this store?

oops sorry just speculating ..........................just like you?!

i would be very disappointed if you named and shamed on this thread with a one sided story, this is not what this thread is about, while i don't condone what the alleged poster has done I do think staff can develop a "hit list" and people begin to get targeted unfairly once they are on the radar

I myself have unfortunately found myself on the radar at my local, short of being followed around by security and several cashiers muttering and pointing at me last time i was instore did nto make a very pleasant experience. I had one b*tching to a family member about the amount of x i was buying the other week and what would i possibly want with so many of this product !!:eek::mad::mad:

If any SA starts !!!!!ing about a fellow glitcher with me they will be sorry they opened their sorry mouth:D:D:p:p:p

re the choccy glitch, just wondering why some of you are so excited when the bogof on some of the items works out to about the same value? you are only saving about 10p on some of the bits, or am i missing something? unless the bogof at T's is a glitch in itself and will be altered soon?

for example the butterkist cinema popcorn is 70p ish via the bogof
same with the jacobs oddities and toffifee?? confused:cool::cool::cool:
