Well he's been given a Uni mum & dad who are in the year above and he's already been in touch with on FB and email and they are taking him for dinner next week:Twhich is such a good idea. Also its been great because he can ask them any questions he has:)

That's fab, a uni mum and dad lol.
I'm so lucky as ds in 2nd year but lives at home. I really feel for you all who are missing your kids at uni x
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

  • I see the 25% is back when you buy 6 bottles of wine in Mr Ts. And the Blossom Hill small bottles are 2 for £3. Has anyone tried to see if the same glitch happened as before...where the 25% was taken off first of the single price for the 6 bottles.
    As far as I remember

    6 x 2.09=£12.54-25%(£3.13)

But then 2 for £3 so £9-£3.13=£5.87 for 6 small bottles

Will try at weekend but will be Sat.

oh sorry didnt mean to make you cry. but i for one wish for our thread back.
i didnt say want as muy late mum said "the i want child gets nothing"

Or as my children used to say after being told that 'I wants, don't get' - Wouldn't it be nice to have! I also seem to remember that 'if I don't ask for it, you won't know that I want it!'

Haven't caught up yet but has anyone done the wine today and had the results? If so, does it compare with the 25% discount? TIA
